Christmas is a season of wonder, joy, and love — but for many children, the holidays can be a time of struggle. Some are growing up with very little, while others are bravely battling cancer or other serious illnesses. At Totally Buffalo Cares, we believe every child deserves to feel the magic of Christmas.
Through our largest program, Make a Case for Kids, we deliver that magic one pillowcase at a time. Each child receives a festive pillowcase, overflowing with toys, books, games, puzzles, hats, gloves, and more. But more than gifts, these cases carry hope, comfort, and the message that they are never alone.
With the support of our incredible community, we distribute thousands of Cases each Christmas to beautiful children.
Because every child — especially those facing hardship or illness — deserves to experience the joy and sparkle of Christmas.

Why We Do What We Do
Parents and professionals can not do it alone. Our mission is to provide hope and happiness to children who struggle with life’s most difficult challenges. With our work, we hope to make the tears go away for a little while or help them forget their illness for a few hours. It takes a whole community to make sure our kids are ok. We need your help, your hands and your generosity to make this possible.
Our goal is 500 pillowcases stuffed to the max so we can bring smiles and joy to many beautiful faces.
